I was very disappointed in the majority of responses, as they apparently didn't bother to read the problem that I posted. They just sent a standard reply for a full survey, which was not what I wanted.
Once response had read the problem, but was far too expensive, however, GTA Chartered Surveyors and Engineers provided a realistic price, and have started the work - very impressed with them, so far.
