Our surveyor provided a clear and comprehensive report. My only criticism of the report was that all the photos in it were labelled with a number not referenced in the text, and as we had never visited the property it was often difficult to work out what the photo was showing. The surveyor was also easy to access by phone and was able to answer our questions about the report.
