Disappointed with our surveyor. All above board and thought everything was fine until we finally moved into our new home.
The ‘A star rated’ patio doors which are ‘brand new’ (quoted from the report) were siliconed shut. They are not able to be opened. Likewise we’re a few of the PVC windows.
Lots of things were rated as green that are actually broken/need repair.
Disappointing that you spend £500 ish for a surveyor that can’t be bothered to do their job.
