I made contact with one of your surveyors by phone and text him the details of the property. He said it could be surveyed towards the end of the following week.
Nothing happened. I text him again...no response!
I spoke to him again on Monday (two weeks after I originally made contact) He agreed to call me back within the hour...no response!
I told him by text on Friday he had lost the business.
All in all, a very disappointing, frustrating and unimpressive performance
