I wanted a piece of land valued. I wrote to 14 alleged land surveyors. Hardly any read my requirements properly. 12 either did not respond or said unless my house was a part of the valuation they did not want to know. Only two actively responded to my needs - thank you to them. The other surveyors are a disgrace, only interested in valuing a house not a piece of land. to them it appears to be where they can make the most money!
