Response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. After a couple of emails asking for details of what I wanted and a card receipt for the payment, I have heard nothing. Not a dicky bird. So, initial communication good, thereafter very poor. Don’t know who my surveyor is. Has the survey been done? Where is the report?
