Distinctly dodgy. The surveyor company who quoted for us had a 5 star review on the local building surveyors site- but it was only one and clearly dubious- it matched the description of the sample survey we were sent by the company- but the date on the review was several days before the date on the sample survey. The company registered at companies house had only been registered a few months and had one director- who was not a surveyor. I wouldn't touch them.
