I finally received my report 11 days after the survey, which was conducted on a small 2 bedroom semi for a Buy to Let. The report was full of typing errors and was totally rushed and unprofessional. I was not phoned on the day with any comments. I chased the written report a number of times and was fobbed off with excuses and promises of when I would receive it. I would not recommend this surveyor.
