Received 3 responses quickly 2 out of three gave approx costs other 2 did not provide any quotations .
I thought the best way forward was to contact one of the 2 that provided a quote arranged apmt to meet 4 days later
Archotect was helpful spent time with details and info. Extention decision depends on mum's health. Will review in a couple months .
