The first installers stopped working on the first day after 1 hour. They said they were the wrong type of tiles and walked off the job. The electrician and 2nd install team were very professional. The scaffolding was left up until 14 days after the install. It took lots of phone calls and emails to get removed. I have concerns over what happens should anything go wrong as the support staff seem slow to react.
