I'm quite happy and pleased with the service and how the panels have been installed and the electricity is being generated as expected. This is what we need in this current crisis with climate change where we need to reduce fossil fuels, and energy prices rising to new highs. I would have given 5 stars for the job but when the work was completed if it wasn't for below mentioned. Several cracked and broken roof tiles have been found which left me unhappy (solar panel setup and wiring - 5 stars; roof fitting process - 1 star). This only came to light when the rains came and water started coming into the room below in about 3 to 4 places along the walls and ceiling. A local roofing contractor has been called in for the repairs. Not all tiles could be replaced as they are under the solar panels, so the contractor is looking in to insert felt to bridge the water to the gutter.
