Firstly, do not rely on Google reviews, as companies can remove them, no matter how genuine you are. Lloyd's Pharmacy in Littleport, now taken over by Wellbeing Pharmacy, removed my review and only allows 5 star reviews to stay-the last review was 5 years ago, so that says a lot. Secondly, I didn't do anything deserving of being banned, but because the pharmacist knew this, he made-up lies to use against me, which is cruel, unfair, unprofessional and malpractice. I have asked Lloyds to provide proof, but months later and still nothing-because he lied! Lloyds have told me they cannot do nothing, because that is no longer their pharmacy, but even before that I would be told I've receive calls that I didn't, but how convenient they say that now. I will admit I struggled with my medication at first, which had to be supervised and I had to do that 5 days a week, so I had trouble going there every day at first. The pharmacist was so aggressive, intimidating and would have a go at me, allow I was allowed to miss 2 days in a row eithout my precription stopping, which I never let happen. It's his job to dispense medication, not interogate customers for not coming in every day. I was never abusive, never stole anything, never vandalised anything or anything else extreme, I did not deserve to be barred, especially 3 dsys before Christmas. Someone in his position should have empathy-he had zero. I need help, not punishment. I am doing much better now, but he with ruthless. I asked my care professional if I could have a female present which being supervised as I did not feel safe with that thuggish looking pharmacist, with a shaved head and stocky build, even more so because I am vulnerable and asked if he would back down, because I had just gotten out of hospital from a suicide attempt, but instead of that, all hell broke loose, on the pharmacist's part. It knocked me sideways when I was first told I couldn't have any medication over Christmas and he was stopping a stript I was dependent of immediately, but after my key worker begged him to let me have medicationover the holidays, he agreed but I panicked about what I would do after. The only other chemist in my town was at full capacity and wasn't taking on anymore customers. I even started having dark thoughts about not wanting to be here anymore. After the holidays, I was sent to a chemist over 7 miles away. I am on benefits, have no car and a knee injury, still on daily pick-up, so that made my life absolute hell. Going back to contacting Lloyd's customer services, in the time I was treated so appallingly, causing so much trauma after only being discharged from hospital for approx a week or so, their pharmacists actions were so brutal and way over the top. I should receive compensation for damages and that pharmacist should either be suspended or be put on a course to learn some compassion.
