Annoyed is an understatement
Terrible company. I have a BNPL and a normal shopping account. I made payments on my normal shopping account last year of over 180 pounds, which I thought my last payment was oct. when asked how much left to pay, I get told over 180 pounds leftπŸ€” I was bit confused at this, so queried it. For then to be told it could be postage charges. But I've never paid for postage. Then I get told it would be looked into. But nobody got back to me. And when I ring back to go through it all again. I get told possibly, it's items I sent back from my BNPL but for then to be put on my normal shopping account. And again get told it will be looked into. But nobody got back to me. And when I ring up again I get told it's charges. And when I ask for what and explain, they then tell me it's rectified and there's no charges. πŸ€” So then I ask how much I owe. Again over 180 pounds. And again when I argue this I get told it will be looked into yet again. Then get told it's only 8 pounds plus I owe. And when I say is that all I owe on normal account. The person tells me yes. And that someone will contact me to explain what happened. Nobody did. And when I ring them again. Asking about the explanation. Nobody knows anything about it. And it's not 8 pound plus. And again nobody gets back to me. So when I put in a complaint. And get told my account will be looked into. I ask for my normal shopping account to be frozen whilst it gets sorted out. And get told it will. But then I get amounts added on the account, and letters in the post and when I ring up. I get told to ignore it. Which I did. Then I get a letter December to say the account still being looked into and can take up2 4 weeks. And then I get an arrears letter and a charge in my account. And when i said about my account being frozen. They then tell me it can't be frozen. And I get told my account is correct with no proof in statements, other then what I've bought after that, and on bnpl. And when I asked for statements on the items I constantly bought. I get told they would have to go into the archives. And when they get back to me I get told you can't see what items I purchased πŸ€” and the next thing it's charges again. Missed payments when I've not missed any payments. πŸ€” one person says one thing. And another person says another. You send items back and they don't put it back on your account half the time. Amount of times ive had to ring up to chase returns. How do I know that items I've sent back, I've not been paying for them πŸ€” like I was told. Something thing dodgy going on with little woods and I won't be purchasing from them ever agsin And I urge others not to either.
