Excellent customer service throughout. I could always get straight through to someone on the phone when needed. The Fargo bunk bed and trundle we received are of a very high quality and worth the price. The mattresses are again high quality with great support but comfy too, my children sleep extremely well in their new beds. We had our beds assembled too, this was done well and worth the extra money.
