No UK stock so had to pre-order Mikrotik SOHO wireless router, and LinITX had the more convincing shipping date. Pre-order process was explained on website. Had a few admin errors but rapidly sorted using email trouble ticket system. Initially website slipped dates by a week, so I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that my item arrived on the original date after all. Payment was by BACS rather than CC for preorder items, as explained on website. Dispatch was same day (I thought it prudent to inform by email that payment made to avoid delays). Free next working day delivery by DPD with 1 hour delivery window as usual. A slightly unconventional process, but all went to plan and lots of updates on status - thanks!
