rated this as "acceptable" because, although it was easy to order and despatch was extremely quick, your courier let you down.
There was no advance notification of a "delivery slot" to ensure we were available to accept the package and, although we were at home at the time, the package was left in the communal entrance hall of the apartment block and not actually delivered to our apartment (on the ground floor), and thus no proof of delivery so could easily have gone missing.
