I took a rug back because it was the wrong size, they didn't have the right size so took my number and said they would let me know when it came in stock. Eventually they rang me to let me know they had larger sizes, they sent me a video of all the different colours. I paid the extra over the phone and they sent it out by courier and I received it the next day. Fantastic service
