Bought a set of under cupboard lights from this company. On arrival all of the packaging for each light were open and not well protected at all. On inspection of the lights I found the screws used for the installation of the fitting in one box to be missing. I contacted the company by email and explained the problem. I was assured the screws would be sent out. They never arrived, I contacting the company for a second time and was told the same thing but nothing came. My kitchen fitter had to go out and buy a set of small screws to finish my kitchen. There are other companies that do the same fittings and I can only advise you to use them instead. The fittings.i bought were not a cheap item and I feel the lack of service you can expect to receive from light supplier is a good reason to choose a more reputable company. Please think twice before you buy anything from these people. Good luck
