One star is too much -
Terrible experience. If your order is critical do not use. Expected product in 4 days as stated on their site. Phoned after a week and they told me it is due for delivery next day. Phoned again after 9 days and they told me that someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did call me back. Phoned a third time and they told me that there was a problem and have refunded the money. Not even the decency to call me.
Most of the time they do not answer the phone. Never reply to emails.
