Initial response was OK, ordered on 28 Nov and informed of Dispatch on the 2nd of Dec, unfortunately, there was no tracking number, nor carrier mentioned, after 10 days I informed them of non arrival, and was told they were contacting the Shippers (Royal Mail) and gave me a Tracking number, which appears to be non Working. As of 16th Dec still no information, nor goods
