I am a little disappointed in your service. The advice you give is good but delivery of the ordered products is poor. This may well be due to recent activity by Royal Mail staff but you do not seem to offer an alternative. I have not received notification that my order has been dispatched and had to make an enquiry by phone. I am still waiting delivery
