Ordered 2 Solaris slimline under cabinet lighting kits (LED Drivers included) for next day delivery as contractors were arriving in 4 days to fit as part of a bigger job. Light supplier despatched on time, received at carrier. No show next day. Package was delayed at carrier hub. My review is primarily to say, when I called Light Supplier, twice it went straight to voicemail and I thought oh here we go. I did not leave a message. 5 minutes later I had a call from a mobile from Customer Service saying systems were down, should be up in an hour, please e mail in query. Again, i thought, here we go. I filled in the online form. 20 mins later got a phonecall confirming package at carrier but in meantime had received the standard carrier e mail informing of delay. Soon after customer service again phoned to say they had checked and confirmed delay at carrier and tracking number. I said I had the info.
The carrier eventually delivered my lights 3 days later on a Sunday just in time for contractors arriving next morning. So, horrible service from carrier, but absolutely excellent service from CS at Light Supplier. Well done 10/10.
The lights were as described, packed very well and look super.
