Ordered a carousel corner unit. Order tracking showed item picked but five days later still not despatched. Telephoned Light Supplier to query - investigation showed that item was identified as damaged and next stock would be available a couple of weeks later. However item actually arrived quicker. I have no complaints and would happily use Light Supplier again.
