Buying a lampshade for my mother, I found the range to be one of the best. It was extremely easy to order and it arrived just a couple of days.
Unfortunately, mother thought the lampshade did not suit her decor. So, I contacted the company; they were excellent. Told me to send the item back and they would issue a full refund. The refund arrived the day after I had dispatched the item.
Would definitely use this company again.
