The website was strightforward so it was very disappointing that the item I ordered and paid for turned turned out to be out of stock. The website should have made this clear. I am however happy to mark Lighting Room up due to the great communication that followed. Jo's emails and other messages were clear. Anticipated date for new supply, delivery dates and method of delivery were all set out and progress confirmed. This customer service is so often lacking in many companies, hence my positive view after initial disappointment. (Footnote to LR - the courier delivered to the wrong address, despite parking right in front of my house when I was in all day!)
