Hermes received my lighting parcel at their depot on the 17th July 2020 ?we?ve got it? on their tracker system it states sorry for the delay we?ll have it on the move in the next 24 hours they have been stating that for the last 17 days on their tracking system. Could you please cancel that deliver and resend a new light unit by a more reliable courier? Or is it possible to get the parcel collected from there depot as it is creating a Health and Safety issue this end.
