I complained that my Hermes? package had been left half a mile from my home in the street behind someone?s car. A chap kindly brought it round to me.
I emailed the company and a very nice lady called Laura acknowledged my email saying that she had escalated it to her manager who hasn?t bothered to respond with an acknowledgement at least. The goods are fine but I won?t use the company again.
