I haven't received the item that I ordered 13 days ago as yet. One of the items is not in stock until August so I asked for it to be cancelled. I received no reply. I asked for an order update. Again no reply. Then I received an email from Hermes saying that the parcel was due to be received by them. Finally I received an invoice yesterday charging me for the item I asked to be cancelled. Not impressed so far and I haven't even received the item yet!
