I have used lighting direct on a number of occasions and the service has been first class. The website is easy to use and order from, the prices are competitive and delivery first class. When I had an issue it was dealt with promptly so what’s there not to like? Why 4 stars?? The issue I have is with a product and not the company. The ASD horizon led outdoor light needs a 20mm hole cut in for the cable entry grommet. Firstly you have to have a hole cutter this size and it’s awkward to get at so why not manufacture in a “knock out” like most electrical boxes?? Otherwise 5 stars
