Really good service throughout and happy to recommend. Would say we'd use you again... but hopefully no need unless we move!! As we're local, popped into the showroom and the staff were really helpful and informative. The chap who came to quote was thorough and able to answer all our questions (or come back to us later when he couldn't there and then). Explained the available options and identified potential issues such as lack of lintels. Certainly no pressure-selling. We did get other quotes and Lifestyle were competitive - not the cheapest, but it was the customer service compared to the others that persuaded us. The surveyor was thorough and ran through everything in detail with us and made recommendations. There was a bit of a delay to the original installation schedule but we appreciated the honest communication and explanation. This was quite a sizeable project - replacement of all windows and doors, also needing several lintels to be installed. The work went well. The "two Johnnies" were good humoured, incredibly hard working, and just cracked on. Showed pride in their work, kept the inevitable mess to a minimum, and cleaned up after themselves where it was unavoidable.
