This is the second time I have purchased from Lifestyle. I very much liked a direct reply from the company without a salesman visit. I received a quotation based on my photographs of the existing windows which was very competitive. I decided I could afford a replacement bay window as well. From the start, communication was very professional. I was informed of when I would receive a visit to measure the window openings and to discuss other detail. This was carried out as promised in careful and professional manner. The date of fitting was also agreed and completed as promised. On arrival the fitting team put protective sheets on the stair carpet and throughout were tidy and respectful. They were a good team and I was impressed with the care taken to do a really good job. This wasn't a 'rush job' - they had been given a sensible amount of time to complete the job by the company. They were proud of their work. The family are very pleased with result. We will be placing a further order in the future.
