The whole process has been made simple. From the team helping in ensuring my windows and door match to giving me the opportunity to look at colours and frosted glass to suit exactly what i wanted, as standard the door i chose has security keys fitted so the fitters took time to show me exactly how to use the key and give me tips on how to keep my doors and windows looking brand new. Anthony who was one of the fitters was amazing, he gave me regular updates and informed me of what would be happening each day. Chris was quick to check in with me throughout every step to make sure I was completely happy with everything and reminded me that if I wasn’t happy for any reason then I could tell them and they would work to resolve any issues. The work is amazing and has truly refreshed my home.
