Purchased one of these after being recommended spoke with James at Lifeline who answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.
Unit arrived the following day plugged in and set up in around 20 minutes total that included initial set up call then 2 test calls I must admit even though we knew they were test calls the time it took the contact team to respond was excellent.
Obviously this is for peace of mind for us when none of us are with our mother hopefully she won't need to use it but we know she's got 24/7 help if required
