Pleasant, helpful people to deal with. I was very impressed by the speed my alarm was delivered, which was next day after ordered. The device was easy to assemble and I do feel so much easier now I have it. There was a small problem in that during sleep I accidentally pressed the watch face and set off the alarm at 4.15 a.m. So now I take the watch off and place it on the bedside table each night.
