Our original driver was to be Tony, who was very polite and responsive on the phone. He was unable to drive us so he provided us a replacement driver, Terri. Terri (hope I’m spelling his name right), was an excellent and skilled driver. He took us on a two hour trip from London to Dover. He even stopped on the way to let us use the loo! We had a great trip and a wonderful conversation with Terri! When other taxi services were dropping their patrons off a mile from the Dover docks, Terri took us right to the door of the cruise arrival. I’m sure Tony would have been great, but Terri was excellent! We definitely recommend this taxi service to anyone in London! Thanks for a great trip!
