When I placed my order, I requested that delivery take place on 28 March. I received confirmation of shipment on 26 March. But 6 days later (01 April), the order had still not arrived, I'd had no updates and there was no way for me to track the order. I e-mailed customer services and received a prompt response on 02 April. They offered to send out a replacement if the order did not arrive that day. Thankfully, the order did arrive that day, albeit 5 days late. This meant that my friend's birthday was missed. However, this was likely down to the courier (Royal Mail) rather than Letterbox Gifts. I feel more could have been done to keep me updated and there should also be the ability to track the order, however when I did contact customer services, they were prompt to respond appropriately. My friend loved her gift, albeit late. It was just perfect. I would have placed a further order, but unfortunately most items are presently out of stock. Overall, despite the delivery issue, I am happy with the service provided by Letterbox and would not hesitate to order from them again.
