The present itself was nice, albeit theissue was missing item from the gift and the customer service has been awful. I e-mailed about the missing item from the gift I ordered initially, and have still not had any response. I followed up via live chat, and all I got was a response confirming my box had been delivered - so they clearly did not even read my enquiry as I specifically stated there was missing items FROM my box.
