The pricing was very misleading and nothing like the advertised amount or the confirmation email. Add to that a rude deputy manager (Lee / Leigh) who barked at us at the barriers being there for a reason (when her assistant had showed us where to park), meant all round a most unpleasant experience. Will definitely not use again. So disappointing to pay so much for such poor customer service.
