We had a broken Vango awning, and this company refused to give us our money back so a credit note was issued after 2.5 months! Then once we'd ordered stuff we didnt really want using this credit note, promised 4 day delivery. Two weeks and more chasing another awning arrived. As soon as they have your money they don't want to know. In the end I was going to go down the court route. They will fob you off with lies and I feel sorry for the guys on customer service as they must have people moaning every day at them.
