This is the response I sent directly to them... Brilliant! Delivered early. Well packaged. No damage at all, all pieces and parts present. Instructions clear. Had to clear a couple of holes of wood waste that interfered with the bolts, but I sussed that out, progressed smoothly. Well made, solid, well designed. Looks great, smells great (!), perfect size for patio. Would fit 4 slim people at a pinch, but just the 2 of us, so great room. Lovely ease of sitting (side entry), no cocking leg over (great for b*&^%d arthritic knees). Enjoyed building it! Enjoyed having first brew sat at it. Enjoyed dreaming of summer and using it for food, and beer, and reading... It’s just brilliant! Value for money... not often I say this, but... yes, it is. It’s Quality. And being an ex-Quality Manager, that should mean a lot. Well done you lot. Overall 10 out of 10. Cheers.
