I ordered 7 balls of Aran wool and received 2 balls of sparkly material. When I complained I received a full refund as the Aran wool was apparently not in stock even though 7 balls were showing on the web site. However, the wool was to be used for a present and I missed the date for delivery so was very disappointed.
