Only part of my order was a ail able.
The items were not sent until I requested that they should be forwarded at once rather than wait for the out of stock items
It was not clear on the website that the yarn I ordered was not available .
Money was taken from my account for items you do not have in stock.
This is not good practice. .
The quality of the items I have received is satisfactory.
