Fantastic customer service. I ordered Regia leather moccasin soles to make some slippers and they were of terrible quality, smaller than the size on the label, and too narrow. They refunded my purchase within an hour of contacting them and they plan to reach out to the supplier about the quality issues. Much appreciated!
Now if only I could find good quality soles somewhere (I'm in the US and it seems only Europeans make sock slippers)!!
