Would love to give a higher rating as the rug delivered is stunning. We didn't mind that it took longer than expected to come into stock, especially as we were kept informed by email. Unfortunately, although we'd made it very clear when ordering that we had very specific delivery needs (landline contact or email - no mobile phone; at least 24 hours notice to arrange help emptying room for delivery) and were reassured that these could be met, this did not happen. The courier arrived un-announced leaving us trying to climb over the packaged rug to get furniture out. Land Of Rugs have subsequently told us that the courier sent text messages + they have advised that if we're not happy we can return the rug. Although it is slightly damaged - due to how it was packaged - we intend to keep it. Such a shame as it could have been a much better experience.
