I ordered a rug and some underlay on 18th December. I received the underlay on 22nd December. I have not received the rug. I have had no response to three phone calls and two messages asking when I will receive the rug. The order information in my account is completely uninformative, simply stating that the order is 'Complete'. I don't know what your definition of Complete is, but as far as I am concerned the order is certainly NOT complete until I receive the rug. Given that you cannot respond to my attempts to get in touch with you, that you ARE able to email me asking for a review simply adds insult to injury.
