Michael was super helpful and responded to my change of order so quickly! Sorting the refund and sending my new order straight away. Over the last year I have been dealing with so many customer service teams from different companies - needing refunds or replacements for broken furniture etc - and they have often been so unhelpful or dragged out the process, so it is lovely to be able to have such a smooth process with this company!
