Presale service was excellent. Delivery was on time and we are very pleased with our bulbs. However, there are few minor marks inside them which are no doubt due to the manufacturing process. But there is no point in reordering as i feel we may receive similar defects in others if not slightly worse. So decided to keep what we have.
