I placed an order for the Contina Swing Arm Lamp yesterday, which advised delivery within the week. After placing the order, I received an email from Lampsy to advise the product would be re-stocked from the 7th April and delivered to me then instead. There was no option given in the email to cancel the order at this stage and I've since emailed to cancel the order but not yet heard anything back. I think its unacceptable to not provide an easy cancellation route if the product is not available for 2 months after originally guaranteed.
