I ordered on Thursday morning and paid a premium postage rate for guaranteed next-day delivery. I needed the light to be fitted at the weekend. I e-mailed you on Saturday to report non-receipt on Friday by the guaranteed time and requested that you ensure delivery was made on Saturday. I received no reply whatsoever and still no delivery. As a result, I had to source a replacement locally. Was eventually delivered on Monday - too late. Not at all happy. Paid for service I didn't receive and now have goods I now no longer need.
