Price was good, but the packing (for a fragile glass lamp) was woeful - it was posted in a basic jiffy bag and arrived with the lamp's thin-card box all mangled. Quite frankly, I'm surprised the glass didn't break.
The lamp itself seems to be working (so far), but I expect that it's taken years off the lamp's expected lifetime.
I would've expected a "lamp shop" to understand the importance of the "packaging" aspect of P&P but was sadly disappointed.
